Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs refund and cancellation requests for all services provided by Wave Vista Tech Pvt. Ltd.

Refund Eligibility

Any payment made for services provided by Wave Vista Tech Pvt. Ltd. will be reviewed under applicable service conditions. Refund eligibility is determined based on the nature of the service engaged, the transaction status at the time of request, and whether services have been activated or delivered.

Non-Refundable Services

Services that have been fully activated, delivered, or consumed are generally not eligible for refund. This includes but is not limited to software access that has been provisioned and operational access that has been extended to the client.

Refund Review Process

All refund requests are subject to internal verification before approval. The review process includes:

  • Verification of the original transaction and payment records
  • Assessment of service delivery status at the time of request
  • Evaluation of eligibility under applicable service terms
  • Internal sign-off from the responsible team

Processing Timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days following completion of the verification process. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment method used and the processing time of the relevant financial institution.

Cancellation of Subscription

Requests to cancel subscription-based service access must be submitted through the official contact channel. Cancellations will be processed from the next applicable billing cycle. No partial-period refunds are provided for active subscription periods unless expressly agreed otherwise.

How to Submit a Request

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted through our official support contact as listed on the Contact page of this website. Requests must include the relevant transaction reference, service description, and reason for the request.

Requests submitted through unofficial channels will not be processed.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute related to refund or cancellation, the matter will be reviewed in accordance with our internal resolution process. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
