Software access and services provided by Wave Vista Tech Pvt. Ltd. are intended for legitimate B2B business use only. All platform interactions must comply with internal business rules, platform conditions, and applicable laws.

User Obligations

• Use platform services only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials provided
• Report any unauthorized access or security concerns to our team promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws governing digital service usage in India
• Provide accurate and complete information when requested for service delivery

Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces, documentation, and content provided by Wave Vista Tech Pvt. Ltd. remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for the duration of their service agreement.

Service Modifications

Wave Vista Tech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update, modify, or restrict service access where necessary for operational, legal, or technical reasons. Reasonable notice will be provided for material changes where practicable.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of service access:

• Unauthorized misuse, duplication, or reverse engineering of platform software
• Any activity that causes harm to or disrupts platform infrastructure
• Use of the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Sharing access credentials with unauthorized parties

Limitation of Liability

Wave Vista Tech Pvt. Ltd. provides software services in good faith and shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service usage beyond what is required by applicable Indian law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
